My first visit wasn’t with dr McCrae but a blonde Dr I saw at Lb memorial after giving birth, also the woman who does the baby’s vitals will make you feel like you’re doing something wrong. I was a first time mom & they make you feel stupid when you answer their questions & give looks when you answer as if you’re doing something wrong as a first time mom.. but instead of giving advice on how the baby should be eating or milestones they should be obtaining .. your left feeling more clueless than when you walk in. Also whoever dies referrals claims to not know proper code for a hearing test & referred me to an autistic speech therapy class for my 2year old without even evaluating him for autism when I was previously told he’d be properly evaluated at age 3 so I had to go around them & find my son a speech therapist with good reviews in order to get him proper care for his speech delay. Which is crazy they even say he’s delayed because I know lots of 2 year olds that speak just like him

The Dr was great but the building itself is very run down and in horrible condition. I got eaten up by bed bugs from sitting right outside and/or sitting in the office; hard to determine since I sat in both areas. Either way, it came from the facility and they should probably exterminate the entire building/property asap. It was extremely filthy. Also waited almost 2.5 hrs AFTER our scheduled appointment time. We only continued to stay because we really needed to get our little one caught up on immunization.
