He just seems non caring and I have seen him several times throughout the years. He does not engage with his patients and he literally interrupts you all the time. You feel very rushed with him. At first I thought it was me, but no that’s really how he treats you. No feedback really. Your questions and concerns are barely answered and you walk out of there feeling like what just happened??? So it’s time for a new PCP because I just can’t do this anymore with a doctor like this. I wish him well but I am a human being that deserves better care.

Dr. Thomas is one of the most professional and thorough physicians that I have ever visited. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. I definitely recommend him as a primary care physician!

DR. Dennis Thomas has been my primary care physician ever since he came to Valdosta. He is personable , friendly and just a great doctor. I love his staff. If you need a specialist he has always referred me to the appropriate Dr. He gets an A+ in my book.

Poorest patient care or empathy I’ve ever seen. As a regular patient in upper 80’s tried calling 20+ times before 11:30am, when I did get through left a message no return call. Went by offfice all the receptionist would say is suggested Urgent care. This is the patients primary doctor, terrible. Would not ask someone in office anything about was was told to them other than above comment.

Dr. Thomas has been our primary care physician for several years and I would highly recommend him. He and his office staff have always been very professional and thorough. They treat you like friends. He is good about referring you to a specialist if that is necessary.

Is difficult to understand - does not speak loud enough and mumbles. When asking questions or trying to say something, he interrupts. Wait time is too long, exam rooms very cold. Dead cockroaches in ceiling fixtures.
