Caring physician
Dr. Marcelo and his staff really care about you. They take the time to listen and diagnose the problem. It is such a wonderful experience, like doctors were in the past. Anyone looking for a pain management team I highly recommend Dr Marcelo.

Stay away!
Was at this office for over 5 years for progressive disease that doesn't have a cure, was switched to Dr. Marcelo when my current provider left this practice, went over plan for continued care and was dismissed as a patient without warning. STAY AWAY if you're looking for a provider that you can trust.

Nothing But Crickets
STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Wife was referred to these people two weeks ago. After one week, called and received no concern or help. The person I spoke with stated they were still checking with insurance, bullcrap. Called our insurance today (BCBS) and they have no record of phone calls, emails, or other automated requests from this office. When a loved one is in pain, you just want it to stop. These people seem not to have any empathy; there is no sense of urgency. They’ve done nothing in two weeks, while my wife continues to be in severe pain.
