Dr. Little was my Dr for 14 years, he was amazing, the only reason I had to leave his practice is because he moved to Prescott and I no longer had medical insurance, after my divorce. After 6 years I had medical insurance again. When I called his office a gal named I believe, Elizabeth was very rude to me. I explained I was a previous patient for many years, she asked me what my medical problems were, she totally violated HIPAA laws. I said I'm just trying to make an appointment with Dr little, he was my doctor for many years she said in a very condescending, rude tone what are you up to lady? Trying to get pain meds?with that I told her she was violating HIPAA laws and I was going to report her, due to unexpected negative health problems, I never did. I did however run into Dr. Little around town, I filled him in, he said ask for his office manager and I would be seen immediately. The only reason I haven't been back, is in the interim I have found another Dr. Dr. Little is like family

Excellent Dr. Dr. Little is best Doctor but his office staff is not competent. Had to call four times to get a mammogram prescription sent to the hospital arrived at hospital for procedure and it still wasn't there. Doctor himself sent it and took less tan two minutes for the fax to be sent. Called the prescription line for refill at 9:00 am had stomach pain Shannon said she would take care of. Called pharmacy 6 hours later it was not sent. Told Doctor that I would have to change Dr. Office
