Doctor made an appointment with a "Spine" Center. without my approval. I was called the next morning by the PAIN Center that said I had an appt I told them, I did not call you. I was told it was made by the Doctor. I kept the appt. not know what they would be doing. I was told it was a simple procedure. It turned out to be an Epidural steroid injection into my spine by a anesthesiologist. When he gave me the shot, pain shot down both my legs and I could not stand up. I found out later this is NOT APPROVED BY THE FDA. HAD IT KNOW THIS, I WOULD NEVER HAVE THIS DONE. NOW I'M IN CONSTANT PAIN AND DIFFICULTY in walking. The Doctor SHOULD HAVE KNOWN it was not approved. Don't have this done unless you are in a LIGITIMATE HOSPITAL.
