I like the dr. But she never returns calls or responds to requests for results , refills or records.

Worse doctor I’ve ever seen. Obviously in it for the money. Did half of exam and charged me more than my copay. Now I’m in collection agency. The whole office is a total mess. I will be reporting her to pa medical board

I would not go back -I was coldly informed I wasn’t pregnant and that I likely have PCOS prior to testing and with limited education -I wasn't contacted to discuss results from a blood test or urinalysis, the latter of which I was told to “just leave” on the counter in the middle of the office -I was told to lose weight without consideration for my eating disorder history or autoimmune condition -After stating that I’m working on a doctorate, I was told being legally blind must be “limiting"

I’ve only had wonderful experiences with Dr Ranucci and her staff. She’s extremely caring and after she had referred me to an oncologist she continued to follow up with me to see how I was doing. She offered her knowledge and support and her staff in the horsham office went above and beyond to help me with referrals and precerts.

excellent bedside manner, warm and welcoming, explained everything thoroughly and went over all why options, finally found a great gyn!

I had surgery with her and she never came out after to tell me how the surgery went. I called her office and she returned my call a week later saying I got a note you called but I don't have your chart in front of me

She was kind, personable and very helpful. Took time to explain things and didn't rush through things, I felt comfortable and cared for. Will be back.

She's a great gyn, made me feel comfortable in what is often and uncomfortable setting, caring and kind, I have already recommended her to my family and friends.

One of the worst experiences with doctors. Unfriendly and not efficient receptionist. Every single thing or test I asked this doctor for, was either not given, rejected or done incorrectly. Persists on her unreasonable and stiff policies, prescribes wrong dose of medication, refused to give a correct test prescription. On top of all, double charged my insurance. Avoid!
