Our first office visit was horrible, the woman was very rude, our second visit was worse she raised her voice at me treating me like a 2 year old because of physical therapy we were told for us to wait till after surgery because the physical therapist said it would do no good to start so we got dismissed from the dr.s because as they said it was our choice to start it or not and since we didn't do what she told us they could no longer see us,sad excuse for a Dr office.

My experience with this clinic was not a good one. The P.A. is awful!!! She yelled and screamed at me to where the entire office could hear! Not professional at all. She tried to tell me that my pain wasn't that bad and would not listen to my issues. HORRIBLE! They dropped me the day before my appointment. Pretty crappy because I had to go to my primary to fill my meds. until I saw another PMD. Thank goodness I already chose a new PMD and my appt. with them was the following Monday. 0 stars!

DR.Madoux is an excellent understanding person, but the Alpha pain Management Clinic is full of cold unfeeling staff especially Marcie who treated me like dirt under her feet because she just didn't want to communicate with my needs and lied about my Urine Test on my last visit. I am in extreme Pain from several different condition such as Lupus, Fybromyalgia and Oseteo Arthritis and have been forced to take Opiods for several years to even have any Quality of life and she took that away.
