Wonderful Physician
My experience with Dr. Louis was great! I like down to earth people and in particular physicians. Short waiting period, thorough discussion of condition, procedure to help and he set future expectations. The office is clean and staff is friendly. He is funny too. I would recommend him for sure.

Horrific experience
I am writing on behalf of my MIL. I have never had such a horrific experience with a medical professional. My MIL had complained about Dr Louis' bedside manner in the past. I brushed this off & encouraged her to go back for a 3rd injection (after 2 failed attempts). I took her to this appoint & witnessed his behavior first hand. She asked a few questions about the MRI results. He was clearly annoyed & responded "we talked about this" multiple times. This is not an acceptable response to anyone let alone an 84 year old. Next came the IV. It was hurting her arm so I asked him to take a look. His response was "I don't know what you want me to do. I could take it out and we can cancel." It escalated from there and in retrospect I can't believe I let that man touch her. He was unprofessional & confrontational. We ended up spending the rest of the day in the ER due to her blood pressure. Inject #3 provided no relief AND her wrist ended up with a large knot by injection site.
