Change of care in a small village
Excellent care until She enlarged her practice, took on concierge practice care. Her front desk was exceptional then became part of the traditional bored and rushed manner towards patients.

I went to Dr. Galloway, because I was having surgery in NYU. She's a nice doctor. Before going I filled out the online questions and then I was asked the same questions again. I have to say the waiting time is HORRIBLE!!! Yes, we all make schedules, but they should be kept. It turns out with Dr. Galloway, instead of receiving a phone call with your blood work results, you have to return pay another co-payment to find out your results. Not, a doctor I'd recommend.

While Dr. Norwood-Galloway is warm and personable during appointment, neither she nor her office actually CARE about patients once they leave the office. She routinely neglects to follow up with her patients, and her office doesn't even bother to return patients' calls, or even inform her patients that she is away when she is not in the office. They DO NOT refill patients' prescriptions in a timely manner, even after 4 or more calls. Choose urgent care instead.
