Elderly patient
My mother was in her late eighties when she developed Dementia. Dr. Koehler was very through, patient, and respectful of my mother’s condition and needs. Highly recommended.

Just saw Dr Koehler, she was awesome. Very thorough, answered all my concerns, very caring and communicable. Loved her!!

I have always thought that doctors were suppose to make sure you are taken care of. That didn’t happen to me, she refused to call my pharmacy and prescribe medication for me after I had called and ask that she call me back because when I called the office she wasn’t in, I spoke to someone in the office at 9:00am and explained my suffering. She said the doctor would call me when she got in the office at 1:00pm. Now I have been sick for 3 days and needed meds. She refused to talk to me and had the switchboard girl give me a message that she wasn’t going to write a prescription. So unprofessional, not even a nurse to call me back! That’s not good medical practice.
