I love Dr. Lingham. I haven’t even minded when I have seen the nurse practitioner or even once the other doctor but the front desk staff is TERRIBLE. They are extremely rude and always seem very cranky. I always have to wait 45 minutes to >1 hour past my appointment time to see the doctor too. Never on time in the past 6 years. I keep coming because I like the Dr but I’ve considered going elsewhere due to the office as a whole.

Coming to the straight point when you take appointment with Dr you will not see her but you will see a nurse practitioner that was a surprise ayou why are you seen by nursing practitioner instead of Dr and waiting time is more than 1.5 hrs at least and time spent with patient <2 minutes andoffice staff were very irresponsible regarding Patient communication do not follow up and do not send refills as they supposed to be despite of communicating with

I love Dr.Lingam but the wait time is just ridiculous. A patient should not have to wait 30-40mins in the lobby and on average 15 mins in the room waiting to see Doctor or Nurse Practioner.

Loved the dr. Office staff are horrible. On two occasions I have had to call the office multie times to get my rx. They claimed.the first time that they called it in, but they didnt and didnt even havethe correct pharmacy when they did. Closed at 3:30 on a wednesday afternoon. When I was pregnant and asked questions to the dr. I was told to read the handouts.

By Seeing the rating in online, we have visited to Dr.lingam twice : Very Very Bad Experience : --------- #Didn't spend even few mins of time (Almost waited for 50 mins) and not in a mood to listen our problems/questions #Issued wrong medicines directly to pharmacy even though she realized that she came with wrong medical history during the visit #Worst part is that they maintained a medical history which states that C-Section operation has done already for just weeks pregnant women
