Dr. Deepika Minnal, MD

My three children have been going to her for almost 10 years and the last two years have not been good. First and foremost, the office always has new staff which tells management is not doing their job. Second, she's never in the office and hired another doctor to help her while she's was out and she didn't even last a year. My son saw a nurse practitioner and Dr Minnal called me back to give me his lab results. He had a follow up the week afterwards with his Dad and I asked her to please also review the lab results with him as well which did not happened after I had asked her specifically to talk through with him and my son. Also, the nurse practitioner saw him not her. This office is unorganized and when I talked to the office manager to provider her feedback and to let her know my kids were not going there anymore they would not give me my kids shot records until I paid my outstanding balance. Avoid this doctor not worth taking your kids to her.

Never in her office. Wrote my child's medicine on a prescription pad that was discontinued. Was rude to my special needs child. Wants to treat my children's ADHD that was diagnosed by a doctor in her practice with multivitamins and fish oil although we hugged every tree before trying meds and have seen ongoing success for my kids since medicating. Values a teacher who sees my child 1 hr a day in a class of 30 over parent observations. Impersonal. Rude. Did not take the time to get to know us. All around horrible!

Dr. Minnal was easily the rudest pediatrician that I have even encountered across 4 kids, 3 different cities, and multiple encounters with the pediatric health system. Her bedside manner gave the impression of trying to restrain herself from hurting my child rather than putting anyone at ease. She was awful mood from the start, as we could hear that she was yelling at a colleague directly before coming in. Honestly I was appalled by her treatment of my child and my family. We will not return

No bedside manner. Didn't listen to issue. Wrote script for med that was not available anymore. Seemed out of touch with patient and parent. Spent more time with receptionist making payment and getting script. Stay away. Hope she reads this and changes professions.

Dr. is good, however, the staff is completely rude and condescending. Children have been going here since after birth, not again after today. Highly recommend not going here.

overall very poor communication from office. Nurse won't be responsive unless you have done your research. I felt at two different instance they misplaced immunization records. Its risky.
