Don't count on PATEL!
I am deaf in my left ear because Patel treated an earache with antibiotics instead of steroids and when he finally referred me to an ENT doctor the damage had already been done.

Dr Patel and his staff are professional, kind, and caring. The wait time was minimal. My questions were answered thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Magen, the NP or Dr Patel.

Dr. Patel is a nice man but he can show more concern for his patients. His Nurse Petitioner Megan thinks she runs the office. She does whatever she wants & not what Dr. Patel ask of her. She wants you to come in for appointment for everything, so they bill the insurance company. She is about to reported to the ADA.

He was very helpful in diagnosing reason for my complaint. After going to few other doctors including specialist, Dr. Patel was the only one who found the cause of my cough and joint pain just by examining me. Confirmed the illness with simple blood test and I was able to walk again. Thank you

Went to this doctor and he kept insisting there was nothing wrong with me . He said he did not know how to read MRI CD's - Told my spouse as he laughed " YOU have too many things wrong with you - I don't know what to do with you . After I said I had multiple surgeries and could not stretch as he requested - He said You have nothing wrong with you . I watched TV longer in the waiting room than I was actually seen .

Talked over me during meeting, refused to acknowledge my experience of pain and fatigue. All but called me a liar, he literally laughed at me while I was leaving.
