Dr Agarwal was the first to visit me in the hospital when I had my first born son Maxton I was very nervous and alone. She made our first appointments special for us. Max is about to turn 18 this year and I just wanted to thank you for all the years.

Horrible bedside manners, lack of professionalism
She was extremely confrontative, did not listened my concerns, failed to address my baby sickness, declined medical management. She had a 1 minute encounter, she spend more time complaining to her office manager about us as patients than coming back to evaluate my sick child, explain the management plan, and follow up protocols. She declined my kids vaccinations, there is O bed side manners. That doctor lacks of respect towards my family and her personal issues clouded her professional judgement. You spend more time talking to the office staff that certainly see you as a number more than an individual and sides with her horrid attitude. I requested my records because i could hear across the door how she completely changed my words and criticized me and undermined my concerns in front of all her staff and other patients violating hippa laws but how she refused to come and complete the evaluations that she neglected for 3rd time in a 3 wk in a row follow up. I do not trust this woman.

Misinformed and hostile environment
Dr was too stubborn on wanting to vaccinate my 9 mo old children when they are not due for vaccines yet. Argued that she bases the vaccine records off ASIS( which can be wrong) and didn’t care to listen when I was telling her that they had been vaccinated already. After I refused, another MA was sent in to try and convince me to vaccinate when once again, they are not due yet. She says dr follows CDC guidelines, yet the CDC recommends prevnar to be given at 2,4,6 and 12-15 months (4 doses total). The ma says it is 5 doses total which was incorrect. I cannot bring my children To a clinic where they are unsure of what the CDC recommends and when vaccines are due.

Dr. Deepa Agarwal has been wonderful to my entire family. She might know this, but it all began with my mother taking my two youngest sisters to her. My mother then referred my children. Which then I told my other sisters about her. We actually bring her up in family gatherings. We have nothing but good things to say about her and the staff. Myself alone have been taking my children beginning of year 2000. We have had best care and treatment and never had billing issues. Thank you Dr.
