I have been seeing DR Pincus over 20 years. I have never waited more than 5 minutes. She always squeezes me in if im sick, she even waited for me to come in when I cut myself. When ever I see her she calls me the next day to see how I am........

Doctor Pincus and Bob the office manager are great. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My whole family goes to Dr Pincus and are very happy with her and staff. I feel very comfortable going to her for all my medical needs.

She sucks and her office manager too! She rarely actually calls in your medicine. She has no respect and neither does her receptionist. You can’t even use the bathroom in their office

The worst doctors office I’ve ever went to. Receptionist is so rude and every time you call you get “Doctors office...please hold”. Today I had an appointment at 9:45 AM for fasting blood work and they were aware that I had a 10:30 am appointment somewhere else 20 minutes away. They said I would be out on time. I arrived at 9:45 and called to let them know that I was there and got “Doctors office...please hold.” At 10:07, I called them to find out how much longer and they said “your next we are running late”. I made a phone call to my home and they tried to call me and left a message saying “put your mask on and come in” (this was at 10:15 ). I put my mask on and attempted to come in and was greeted by the doctor with “go back in your car I already called someone else as you did not answer ...you can wait until they are done” and then the rude receptionist responded “no put her in a room and let her wait and she can just wait till we are done and be late to her next appointment.

Dr. Pincus is very thorough. She always calls back with results. And she is really nice.

The most horrible staff you can imagine. I was 5 minutes late one time due to a traffic accident(although I've been on time 50 other times) and they made me wait for hours as punishment. The office manager has the most over inflated sense of self of anyone I've ever come into contact. He actually laughed at me when I asked for a next day appointment: Hmph the Doctors is booked for days, do you honestly think you can get a next day appointment haha. Believe me I went elsewhere in a hurry.
