Dr Jones is great! Very knowledgeable and great psychiatrists. And she is African-American which is great because it's not easy trying to find mental health providers that understands black culture and family dynamics. Cost could be a down side because she do not accept all major health insurance except United HealthCare so you may have to pay out of pocket price. However, her rates are cheaper than most. She is highly recommended!

Very knowledgeable and professional yet approachable. There was a comment from another reviewer about Dr. Jones being hard to get a hold of. It depends on what you consider "hard to get a a hold of". Dr. Jones is in practice on her own and she doesn't have a receptionist. My experience is to leave her a detailed message and she will return your call with 24 hours. If you need other services (e.g. quicker turn around), I would ask her for options and you can work something out.
