worst doctor visit ever
She contradicted her self (first said I couldn't have a virus, then she said I could). She gave me wrong information (she said the Immodium I took caused my problem and I had to tell her I didn't take it until after I had my problem). She gave me no diagnosis and no treatment recommendation. She also rushed my visit.

Excellent bedside manner. I was new to the area and sought recommendations for a new PCP. Dr. Young was recommended by friends. She is awesome and takes time to address any questions or concerns.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Young for years...Ever since a coworker of mine recommended her and raved about her care and compassionate manner. She would even gives us a hug which I’m sure during these Covid times has changed that practice. She spent 45 minutes with me during my last visit and left no stone unturned trying to figure out the cause of my problems. I love that she talks to herself while she’s on her laptop because I can hear her thought process and thoroughness of her course of action. She called me back within 24 hours when I had a question about a test she ordered and then again with my lab results. I love this woman and if your experience was not so great...keep in mind... everyone has a bad day every now and then. I’m glad people that know me best let me slide when I’m having a bad day. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to ask her to speak a little louder and a little slower. Our 25 minute drive to her office is SO worth it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Young's for approx. 15 years. I have always found her friendly, patient and has always listened to me. If she wasn't clear with what I said, she would ask for clairifaction and has always thoroughly answered my questions. With that, she has always replied back to my call and/or patient portal message in a reasonable time. I have my husband, and adult children seeing her and they come home with the same experience. we love her and trust her!

I saw Dr. Young when my regular physician was not available. I will not see anyone other than her now. She caught a rare case of pneumonia that I had which the other doctor did not and told me I needed to rest and relax.

Absolutely awful! Dr.Young could not have been more dismissive, rude and uncaring. She walked in the room and without so much as introducing herself to me or asking me who I was, saying good morning or ANY other basic human pleasantry she barked at me "What are you here for?" After I explained my situation she consistently stated "I don't have an answer" to every question I asked. After 5 minutes of this I actually got up, told her I wouldn't bother her further and left! Find another doctor.
