I’ve been a patient of Dr. Winiger’s for several years and you will not find a more friendly, smart and understanding as well as logical thinking doctor anywhere. As a senior, in my experience, her priority has been my best care and I appriciate that.

Not a good choice
She does not refer the patient to a specialist that would help further with the issue . Had the impression she thinks she knows everything.

My wonderfully kind GI doctor referred me to Dr. Winiger quite a few years ago. She has always been respectful, compassionate, and listens. She refers me to specialists & has been quite good at coordinating my care. I respect her opinion & am thankful for her treatment approach. Do not be swayed by a negative review. I rave about her to all my friends. One of my friends chose her as her physician & thanked me. She loves Dr. Winiger. When my 2 young granddaughters were homeless due to hurricane Harvey, Dr. Winiger & her staff accepted them as patients with open arms. And although they are back home, the staff & Dr. still ask how they are. Quite a caring group of people. Am very thankful Dr. Bawani connected me to them. FJ

Dr. Winiger has been my physician for 14 years and is professional, knowledgeable, kind and personable. She takes time to listen before presenting options. Dr. Winiger is easy to talk to and always caring. Her staff is an extension of her and her standards. It is unfortunate to see the number of negative review ratings from obvious scammers significantly bring down Dr. Winiger's overall rating.

She has been my doctor for 2 years now. Takes everything like a joke and wants to believe the best way of treatment is one way when it doesnt work she says try it again. Went in a week and a half ago for neck pain. Was told i was dropped as a patient for something my mother did. So i had to fight to get seen because I have an hmo. Was examined and given steroids and pain killers they decided it was a herniated disc in my neck. I called when I was done with steroids and said I’m still in pain.

Been with this doctor and office for 9 years. Always received great service. Doctor Winiger is courteous and compassionate. I feel at ease talking with her about any issue. I'll agree that getting an appointment can be tricky but she does run an open hours clinic on Fridays where you can turn up without an appointment.

Good grief, I don't know how Dr. W. rates only 3 1/2 stars - I would give her six stars if I could. This is a doctor who really (let me emphasize) really takes good care of her patients. When you are with her, you are her only patient. She is kind, smart, up to date, and compassionate.

Terrible, just terrible! I am beyond appalled at the extremely rude office staff that actually hung up on me. All of their policies are very inconvenient for their patients. Most of the time you are seeing the NP instead of Dr. Winiger herself, even if you make an appointment with her. My other family members have been going to this practice for years, but I will not be returning.

Unlike the patients above me, I have never had a problem with Dr. Winiger's staff or the office in general. I'm sorry they have had that experience. I find her walk-in hours to be extremely helpful when we have an illness come on and need to get in right away. She is wonderful with my children as is her office staff. She has referred me to excellent specialists that we wouldn't have known to find on our own. She is kind, pleasant and knowledgable. I am very thankful for her!

The rudest office staff ever!!! I had to switch doctors due to insurance. My first visit I waited an hour to be seen just to find out I'm only seeing the physicians assistant. Who made me wait an hour for a referral after she saw me and came out telling me I don't need referrals for specialists from them. So my next appointment with a different specialist was almost denied because of referral issue. Teri in their office is extremely rude and has no people skills. Awful exp. Find a different doc.

Very rude staff . Never interacted with the doctor but if she can employ such a rude ladies then can't even imagine @ doctor. Bottom line is if you are sick and new patient then you get an appt 4 weeks down the line . And they mentioned it's even true for existing patents . May be a good case for prolonged illness but that does not seem to be the speciality of this doctor. Oh by the way the staff would continuously interrupt you while you are talking and will hung up on you as well.
