I could not ask for a better patient experience visiting Dr. Deborah Morris. The staff from the moment I walked through the door were extremely professional, patients were greeted, screened and escorted to the exam room with a positive attitude, the nurse was exceptional, Dr. Morris listened attentively, providing feedback and recommendations that would address my health issues, explaining in detail specific steps I could take to improve my situation, forwarded prescriptions to my pharmacy in a timely manner and created a platform for open dialogue during my visit. The checkout procedures were quick and easy, and my next appointment was established with clear instructions regarding lab work. Faced with the ongoing pandemic, I could not have felt more safe in the environment. What a fantastic team! I have been going to Dr. Morris for years. I really liked her manner, getting lab work done so easily in the office and responsiveness when I have an issue. But lately I've been very disappointed. It seems the solution to my issues are always more prescriptions rather than discussing life-style changes. I need encouragement to keep up good habits not discouragement. Dr. Morris either has a great memory or takes the time to go over personal details in my chart and asks questions about non-medical things, like job, family, etc. the way a friend you haven't seen in awhile would. She is friendly and easy to talk to, and answers questions or takes time to explain things. I never feel rushed. I ended my job so my insurance stopped. My husbands insurance picked us up but we had not received our number/cards yet and of course I got sick and needed to see Dr Morris. I called billing to see what we could do. She said No Problem. Come for your OV and call us with your info as soon as you can, which was the next day. I was so thankful!!! because I was so sick! One other thing, when I visit the office the wait time is almost zero, less than five minutes. I'm grateful they value my time!
