Rushed and not very knowledgeable on women’s healt
I felt super rushed at my last appointment. I was the last appointment of the day and you could tell she just wanted to get out of there. She asked if I had any questions and literally started to walk away before I could even answer. We did a cervical exam. I have vulvodynia (which affects 10% of women) and told her I would like to apply lidocaine before checking. She asked me if lidocaine actually helps in a condescending way. It is mind boggling to me that she wouldn’t know that or would question me when I’m telling her about my pain. She also didn’t give me anytime for the lidocaine to work (takes about 5 minutes) because all she cared about was getting out of there and not about her patient’s well being. I’m hoping it will just a bad day and she is not always like this, but there is still no excuse for her behavior.

Dr Lenart is an exceptional physician! I have trusted my care to her for 24 years. She is both professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend her to everyone looking for OB/GYN. Dr. Lenart is kind, compassionate and caring. The best of the best!

Office staff is rude and very unknowledgeable. The cannot help or assist with any necessary paperwork needed for my job. The Doctor is great and helpful. The office staff needs fired. You can hear them yelling at people over the phone while you wait. They are lazy and make comments about patients after they leave the office. They talk openly in the office. Horrible customer service!

Poor bedside manner. Rushed us out, as soon a the bell rang we was probably playing golf. Would rather order a costly procedure than take the time to do a Doppler.

I started with Dr. Bulseco but felt like she was rushed and disinterested, so I switched to Dr. Lenart. I've been going to her for about 20 years, she is wonderful. Very attentive but at the same time professional. I would have given five stars all around, but my only complaint is that the office staff doesn't seem very on top of things. If you call to make an appointment, sometimes you sit on hold forever, and then get disconnected.
