We recently started seeing Dr. Cook and really like her! I was concerned about having to leave a message to get an appointment, but the staff is quick to call back with a time to come in. The office wait time is only about 10 minutes and she doesn't make us feel rushed.

I had Dr. Cook as my own pediatrician, so when I had my son I still went to her! She’s extremely trustworthy and friendly. She cares about the wellbeing of every child. Any questions I have ever had she has always answered in an understandable way. She always will schedule an appointment as possible when it’s needed. I’m so grateful to have such a caring doctor who is reliable. Couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician!

would not recommend her for anybody I was hoping we would have a good experience only to watch the doctor really not do anything other then look at the babies eyes with hers. Then on a follow up visit she would keep blowing off questions and questioning the relationship status of the parents. The baby is healthy and happy is the main concern don't need a lecture on personal life

Lady at the front desk is horribly rude on more than one occasion. And if you call and don't understand something and ask about it she will hang up on you. Very unprofessional.

We have 5 children so we have frequent enough to provide a reliable review. Generally, the wait isn't long. When it's flu season, a bug is going around school or the child before you is really ill; the wait may be a little longer. I've always been grateful for a rapid appointment, not angry about the wait. Dr. Cook may not smile alot, she thinks and listens to my kid. It isn’t that my in-put doesn’t count, it’s that Dr. Cook doesn’t like to miss anything & she wants the whole story. WORTH IT!

Bedside manners were horrible. Didn't ask if I had any questions nor took the time to explain the medicine she was giving my daughter. She didn't give tell me the name of it. Gave me no info on how to care for my sick daughter nor did she crack a smile one time. The wait was over an hour before we were seen and other people were seen before us when we had arrived first. No one greeted us nor told us bye. She didn't use gloves to examine my daughter nor did I see one hand wash in any room!!!
