Made me uncomfortable
Dr. Co was not overly rude, but she made me uncomfortable. She basically said she didn't believe I had had JRA because I was not diagnosed by a rheumatologist. I was diagnosed in Alaska in the 1970s. I don't know if there were any rheumatologists in Alaska in the 1970s. I tried not to talk much so the visit could be over as soon as possible. The staff was very friendly, so points for them but I will not ever go back even if I need to see a rheumatologist again.

Nope.
The first visit i went to was ok in office. I had to send her a message on the portal and she told me to go back to pain management. I went to 2 of those doctors they did not help me and told me to go to rhumetology. Shes the specialist so why would i go back to the people that referred me to her? Horrible. Very dismissive. So glad i only had one visit with her. Pass on this one.

I feel that Dr. Co didn't want to deal with me and treated me poorly. I don't think she wanted me to even talk. I feel like she already made her conclusions prior to meeting with me. Nothing I said mattered and everything I said was wrong. Her doctor notes had so many errors in the information I provided her. I felt her physical assessment was lacking, especially since she was my second opinion, and was like she was using an 1980s checklist. I don't think that she should see new patients. I think she's one of those old school type doctors and don't think she should practice.

I relocated to this area and I went to Dr. Co for RA. My first visit was interesting. Never asked how I was doing, spend most of the office visit typing notes in the computer from my previous Rheumatologist. She cut me off when I tried to explain anything and is dismissive and condescending. Unfortunately I have another appointment with her today and expect to be treated the same, but I will not be going back to see her after today. She's clearly not a people person and have no idea why she's in a people oriented field, she obviously does not care about human beings. Good luck if you choose to see her.

I had been diagnosed with Lyme by a previous doctor. Dr Co said I didn’t have it and didn’t treat me for it properly which allowed it to rage thru my body. She’s rude, dismissive, condescending and does not listen. She doesn’t make eye contact. She should change careers because she clearly hates what she is doing

This was my first visit with Dr Co. I’m giving her the benefit of doubt. She’s not a warm Doctor, very business oriented. It was a slam bam thank you Man appointment. She had a mask on but absolutely no humor. She did listen, but would cut you off while you were talking. She did order a whole lot of labs. She says to call her in a week for the results. I have an ANA at 1;320 I don’t know if this is bad, wasn’t explained either. She did do a very thorough inspection of my body. She did call in a medicine for at night to help ease my body aches. I didn’t care for her bedside manner. That doesn’t even matter to me, just so she can help me. She did say that my next visit I can go to the Doctor that my PCP referred me to?? I was a little shocked at this! I don’t want anything serious to be wrong, but please ?? God let this horrible pain be figured out. I know that something is wrong, you know your body. I don’t want to be blown off I need relief.

Never got to see Dr. Appointment was cancelled 3 times. Staff didnt inform me that I would not be able to see the Dr during the pandemic. If I was told she was only doing video calls I would have kept my original appointment. The staff made it seem like I would get a face to face new patient appointment eventually. When I left a message letting them know I was upset my appointment was cancelled for the third time and needed rescheduled, they never returned my call. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Saw my son in the hospital. Very poor communication. Didn't seam to hear what my son was telling her. Seemed bothered when I asked questions. Looked at me like I was dirt on the bottom of her shoe. Acted like she didn't really want to be there. Couldn't seem to explain his symptoms. Basically said even if the test results come back positive, I'm still not "ready" to diagnose you with that. We will be going to a caring doctor for a second opinion. I gave her a 1 for showing up.

I felt as though she didn't want me for a patient. She went through my history on the computer said she could order blood work then said my GP could do it so go back to her. The GP sent me to her. Also, she said she could only guess at what was causing my problem. No tests just take Tylenol or Ibuprofen. Did she think I wasn't smart enough to try those first? A 45dollar co pay, 4 dollars to park and an hour to drive there one way. Never again!

This is a very intelligent and efficient doctor who diagnosed me in an hour and sent me packing. I would never recommend her to a friend, however, there are many brilliant doctors, some are compassionate, kind, and receptive. Dr. Co was cold and condescending. She rushed through my initial visit, never stopping to answer questions or provide additional information, before giving me a diagnosis and scheduling a follow up to discuss lab results.
