Love Dr. B and her staff!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. B for over 10 years, and she has always provided exceptional care. She and her staff are friendly, courteous, respectful, and readily accessible when needed for emergency and routine appointments. She takes many different insurances, and she and her staff have always processed referrals and insurance-related medication management needs promptly and professionally. It is very difficult to find a primary care doctor of this caliber, and I refer many people to her and feel confident doing so. Her staff is also sensitive, detail oriented and very professional.

Beware - Don't leave reviews.
If you leave a one-star review with constructive criticism, be aware it might lead to care termination. My honest feedback about Dr. Brunson's dismissive treatment and disregard for a specialist's diagnosis resulted in my patient care being cut off, labeled as 'nasty.' This reflects a broader issue with the practice's response to feedback, where honest reviews are met with retaliation rather than improvement. As a marketing professional, I know reviews are crucial for service evaluation. The consistent low ratings this practice receives across platforms suggest the problem lies not with the patients, but with the practice itself. My advice: reconsider your choice.

Zero rating—complete psycho
Do not go here. Her license should be pulled. No interest in helping patients and is a danger to the medical community. Report her to the state for being a danger to society.

Refused service
I went in for a routine visit a while back. I had seen her in the past when my usual physician wasn't in, but when I went in this time I was told she doesn't accept my insurance, which I know is NOT true because one of my friends has the same exact insurance that I do. We are both state employees, but for me, she refused to accept my insurance and said I'd owe out of pocket since I wasn't in her network. Also not accurate. I am very upset and feel discriminated against.

I’d give negative stars if I could. Extremely unkind, insensitive and rude doctor. Shows no compassion or consideration for patients. Office staff is incompetent and lied to cover mistakes. Stay away from this office!

Condescending and rude, and has a serious attitude problem. Told my husband he went “over the limit” in questions he could ask about health issues - isn’t that why people go to primary care physician? AVOID DR. BRUNSON!

Dr. Brunson is IGNORANT AND AWFUL. My family member has suffered from anxiety and addiction the majority of her life. Recently she has made great progress and went to Dr. Brunson as a first time patient for an overall checkup and to inquire about holistic alternatives. Dr. Brunson treated her with complete and utter contempt, judgement and disdain. "Ya know what? Get a puppy or read a book," she said to my family member while rolling her eyes. She berated her the entire time for no reason.

She's brusque and sometimes rude, to the point that I leave her office feeling worse than I did when I arrived. Then she can flip and seem very caring, but she's extremely quick about everything and makes rude comments when treating you. Office staff, though, is terrific especially Paula.

Beware! I have been sick all week and went to dr brunson who prescribed me a Z pack because I had told her my stomach is sensitive so she said OK let's start with that instead of amoxicillin (her idea). It is 3 days later, I'm still sick and I call the office so they add a steroid but then the medical assistant tells me to go off the antibiotic (this is very bad advice because you should never come off of antibiotics in the middle of your treatment if you have an infection).
