Got appointment in 2 days for annual checkup. Zero wait time in facility. She gave a patient hearing about my concerns (including that of executing procedures that are not covered by my insurance). She suggested few tests & told me that my nearest NorthShore facility will carry out the procedures after checking coverage from my insurance provider. Today, I've her directions based on test results, on NorthShore Connect app & I've a way to get her attention in emergency. Complete peace of mind!!!

We have been Dr Roy's patient since 2015 and she is so caring that i feel like she is treating us as her family member. I feel very comfortable to express my problems and get the things checked accordingly. One very important thing i would like to mention about her is that she gives time to the patient and will never be in rush. I would highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr Roys for the past two years she is a wonderful Dr. I am going to be having a big surgery and she has helped me with this. If you are looking for a kind and caring Dr then she is the one to see. A lot of other doctors rush patients through she takes her time and listens and explains things so well where you feel at ease when you leave. I feel like she treats me like family .So glad I found her.
