The worst unprofessional, arrogant physician experience in my 66 years! Dr. Aisenberg always appeared rushed to get me out and clearly had her thoughts somewhere else. She did not stay in tune with my care, was always at least 1/2 hour late. In my follow up, she came in completely unprepared having to read thru my chart while I waited, had not reviewed my test results and pretended she knew what my issues were clearly not an interested advocate. I realized she hadn't even listened to my main issue in the first place and after a month still ill, referred me back to my primary care to start over. Zero communication on test results unless I called and pestered her office (Candice her assistant was awesome). Promised a callback from her that never happened. Rude, cut me off instead of listening and didn't pay attention to what I was trying to explain to her. If you get sent to her good luck. Id give no stars but it required at least one...For me, never again no way.

Dr. Aizenberg is the best ENT specialist in the area! After I was referred to our first ENT office to remove the object out of my kids’ ear, the ENT only tried one method and less than a minute to remove the object, the Doctor wanted to immediately submit him to surgery without a Pediatric Board-Certified Anesthesiologist. I contacted Dr. Aizenbergs office, the front desk was very responsive and professional she booked us an appointment same day, the doctor really tried to get the object out usi

knew what we were in for. She had a plan A, B, and C. She was knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate. The surgery was difficult and complicated but Dr Aizenberg was amazing. My son came though without issue and is now fully recovered and doing well.

She uses all of her expertise to accurately diagnose conditions that other's missed. She is professional, and kind. I would be very sick now if it were not for her thorough testing. I feel lucky to have her as my Doctor.

Dr Aizenberg is an excellent doctor who goes beyond just taking good care of her patients. Not only did she perform my surgery with 100% success, she did so after informing me of options to have less risky and invasive sedation, which I choose. When my test results came back inconclusive, she took the time to contact the pathologist and question what prevented a definitive diagnosis. Her extra steps lead to my having a clearer understanding of my diagnosis, health, and treatment options.
