Doctor good, office bad.
The Dr. visit was great. It is the office staff thst is inconsistent and inefficient. Four phone calls were not returned. One was a promised follow-up for a billing problem. The other three were messages left during normal business hours to schedule an appointment which were never returned. I personally visited them to schedule an appointment, which was refused due to a balance due. They had no record of my messages. I called the insurance provider who sent me documentation that I did not owe them. I am switching doctors, however I think the doctor is great, but that's not all that matters.

Best doctor in central Florida
Dr. Tran was my pediatrician and now I’m honored that his daughter is my daughter’s pediatrician! 30 years with this office and they’re still the nicest and thorough.

Dr. Tran is very caring and thorough. I enjoy being able to discuss various aspects of my health with Dr. Tran and the different ways to improve and feel better that DO NOT include pharmaceuticals. Of course when necessary she will prescribe something, but she is open to other modalities and also practices OMT, which helps me immensely. Her staff is always friendly and make me feel like I’m family. Highly recommend Dr. Tran

Not a nice place to go. Office staff is horrible and they refused any further appointments even though the doctor is listed for my insurance.

Needed a doctor and have not been in to a doctor's office i. several years. I chose her because of a quick review I saw it online and I must tell you she is a great doctor.
