Dishonest! Beware! They tell you what you will owe for the procedure, but once you've paid it and they've done part of the work, they tell you that you'll owe thousands of dollars more. They said that's why they have check-in appointments, so they can give you a little information at a time. When I went to the appointment today to have the implant put in (I drove in from out of town especially for this), they told me they didn't intend to do it today and gave me the news that I would need to pay an additional $2,800 for the rest of the work to be completed.

I was so impressed with Dr. Spingola and his entire staff. I am a nervous dental patient, and the entire experience of extraction/implant went so amazingly well that I was in and out of his office in about 20 minutes. I expected a lot of pain, but there was none!! Didn't even feel the local shot! Dr. Spingola gets my highest recommendation.

Extracted a broken tooth and installed an implant. Everything went well just as he described it. The first Novocaine, barely felt. After that, it was a quick and painless experience.

Dr. Spingola and his staff are awesome. They squeezed me in on an emergency basis and everyone is so kind. They explain everything to you and he keeps you informed what he's doing. My dentist referred me to him in 2016 and I've seen him 3 times since then. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are THE BEST!

I had an extraction of a broken molar and a bone graft to facilitate later placement of an implant. I really was dreading the procedure. To my relief and surprise it went so much quicker and better than I could have imagined. It was only 2 days ago and I feel great and experience very little pain after the procedure. The doctor kept me informed as he worked and "warned" me of sounds or things I might feel and why. For me it was very reassuring and calming. The staff -- everyone I encountered -- was kind, friendly, and upbeat. They too made the experience so much better than I expected. I am grateful for all their efforts.

It's Scary to have a broken tooth, at 58 years of age. Which is what happened to me. My first visit with Dr. Spingola was comforting, enlightening, and a pleasant dentist visit. He and his staff, over the past 8 months, have prepared my jaw to be fitted with a crown. Never more than '1' on the pain scale ever. They showed me with their actions, that the WHOLE group cared about me & my broken tooth. I can truly recommend to ALL suffering with a tooth (teeth) problem to call on the Spingola Team

I had a broken tooth removed. Dr. Spingola & staff were excellent in the procedure. Making sure I was comfortable, and all questions or concerns were addressed. I was in & out so quickly. The Doctor and staff were aware and followed all precautions for safety of me. I was a nurse and the first thing I notice is "who washed their hands". All did, and excellent care continued. Myself, and family will always see Dr. Spingola for our dental issues!
