Dr. Miyagawa was my doctor for at least 5 years. He is a very knowledgeable, caring, definitely not one of those,"try everything ad hope Something works," type of Doctor. He asked questions, found out about my past experiences (both Medically and Family-Ties, does anyone in your family have..?) Type of questions. He was the First to find and Realize that I have Multiple Sclerosis!! And directly sent me to the Proper Nuerologist!! Dr. Louie also on Reno. Thank You Sooo Much Dean!!?????????????Without All of Your Amazing Knowledge & Caring My Friend I do not Kno where I would be My Brother!!! Much Love & Respect Dean!!!!

Dr. Miyagawa is unbelievably friendly and helpful. For 20 years, at every appointment he's smiled, remembered what we talked about last (even a year ago), and followed up on every lab with a personal phone call. Last year I developed an extremely rare disease; Dr. Miyagawa wrote referrals and appeals for me, and got them approved in record time.
