Dr. Dawn Reynolds, MD

Dr. Reynolds was recommended to me via a therapist, so I had high hopes. I gave her multiple chances but ended feeling very disrespected, unheard, & like I was inconveniencing her by sitting in her office. She made it extremely difficult to express my concerns with how my medication regimen wasn't benefiting me & how the negative symptoms of my mental health weren't improving. She made me feel incredibly insecure about how my symptoms were impacting my quality of life which led me away from being 100% honest with her. Getting my prescriptions filled was a major hassle (she hands out paper scripts), which resulted in multiple phone calls from the pharmacy, which I was then blamed for. She made more than one negative comment about my body, which was not her place to do. She made it clear she did not read through my history, made me talk through my trauma (she is NOT a therapist), and then made me feel small for it. It was all negative, RUDE judgement from her. Find psychiatry elsewhere.

Cancels and rescheduled most appointments. Calls are hardly returned from the office.

Find someone else..do not use her if you don't have to. She works for the employer not the patient and their best interest.

My initial impression was that she was uninviting, unresponsive, and non engaging. I was told that I had an appointment with her through referral. I didn't get the feeling that she researched my history because I had to explain to her the reason that I was there. I just didn't have a good feeling with dealing with her.

This doctor was just plain rude. She was extremely cold the entire time I was answering her questions. I felt she didn’t care about my needs at all. She was short and essentially threw me a script when I told her I was hesistent. I never filled the script and never returned. Maybe she’s nice to other people but from what I experienced I don’t get why anyone would return. The receptionist was also short and cold, not sure what’s going on there.

I would give her no stars if the system allowed me. She was rude, uncaring and treated me like a junkie because I brought up anti anxiety meds. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life.
