Rushed appointment and rude comments
Dr. Kleinman is very educated and knows her stuff but makes it particularly hard to feel understood and listened to. I recall one time her commenting about how the lower half of my face (where my hormonal acne was) looked “not so good”. It was a hurtful comment considering my insecurities surrounding my skin type. The appointments felt rushed every-time and it constantly felt like she was trying to get me out of there. overall terrible experience and definitely not for me.

Fantastic physician; knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We had an excellent experience as first time patients. She advised the best course of action/treatment(s) which has profoundly helped my son with an embarrassing skin condition. I thank Dr. Kleinman and nurse Brandie for their assistance. A#1

Dr. Kleinman is an excellent dermatologist. She is kind, reassuring and efficient. She has treated my mid life skin issues, my daughter's acne, my aging mother's itchy flaking skin issues; and even my young son's bumps and rashes that have popped up out of nowhere. In addition, Dr. Kleinman has gone out of her way to work with our insurance to help find the most affordable drug options for varying medical conditions. I highly RECOMMEND!

Dr. Kleinman is such a nice, friendly person and she is the best dermatologist I've ever been to! In fact, I followed her from her previous practice to her new location in Pittsboro. She takes the time to listen to my issues without rushing, explains her decisions and treatments thoroughly and just takes the time to chat...which makes me feel like more than just a patient.

Dr. Kleinman has always been so attentive during my visits with her. She's not the type of doctor to rush you out of her office and will stay around to answer all of my questions. She'll talk through options for care with me and always be sure to discuss pros and cons. I've been seeing her for years and couldn't recommend her more highly!
