Dr. Dawn Hnat, MD

I’ve been seeing Dr.Hnat for 10 years. When I started I wasn’t receiving much care for my Lupus. Over the years we’ve put together my entire journey and have had some success. We’ve kept a close eye and she explains everything and asks for my input. I have severe photosensitivity, inflammation and other issues. There’s not much we can do for the photosensitivity, at 57 I’m mostly regulated to indoor. The inflammation everywhere we use everything from sliver to infusions. She doesn’t give up. She listens intently, and works with me, keeping me informed. She’s flexible with treatment and works hard to help my pain. It’s tricky but she treats individually each issue rather than just saying this is your only option. With her 10 years has improved my quality of life. She’s the best

Dr. Hnat diagnosed me immediately with severe rheumatoid arthritis. She is so caring and SMART. I appreciate her skill and dedication.

I have never met such a nice, caring, and professional doctor like Dr. Hnat. From the minute I walked in to the lobby I felt comfortable. The staff was very nice and professional. There was almost no wait time. Dr. Hang was so comforting and caring. She went above and beyond what I expected. She took her time and listened to everything I had to say. She didn’t rush through any question or concern I had and I had a lot. She seen I was nervous and worried and she put my mind at ease right away. She had the best bed side manner I have ever experienced. Almost like a mother speaking to her child. She did a full and thorough examination from head to toe. She ordered multiple test for what I was there for and for other things that I told her I discussed with my PCP that had nothing to do with my visit with her that day that my PCP should have done but didn’t for some reason. Dr. Hnat is one of a kind. I wish all doctors were like her

I suffered for a very long with unexplained pains, fevers and malais. Kaiser was finally smart enough to refer me to Dr.Hnat and within a very short she and looking specifically at advance DNA testing she was able to properly diagnose that I had Lupus. At last something tangible that could be addressed. While I am not cured, my symptoms are manageable. What a kind caring humanbeing that happens to be a great doctor. Thank you.

She is the best for years I have been seeing Dr chang but he never took the time to listen Dr hnat is amazing....she is so compassionate and listens and she doesn't just mask your pain but tries to find a resolution...I'm so blessed to have her as my rheumatology doctor

Dr. Hnat is knowledgeable and compassionate. She goes the extra mile to take care of her patients. I don't know what I would do without her. She has helped me immensely.
