Dr. Graham always gave me direct, professional council, was delighted when I reported lifestyle changes and life choices, and was one of the most trusted health care providers I've had the pleasure of seeing. She always treated me as a person, not as just a patient. I am sad to lose her as my primary care physician. Cannot even begin to express my gratitude for her care, advice, and diligence in following through as it pertained to my health.

Dr. Graham was dismissive and seemed annoyed by my specialist who is highly rated and her choice of medication even though Dr. Graham is a general doctor. Forced me to get a checkup to renew prescriptions then when I met with her she denied it.

Had a miserable experience with Dawn. She was very pushy even after I said I didn’t want a procedure and almost seemed disgusted. Poor listener and second guessed the answers I gave her about my own medical history. There is a reason she is so easy to get in and see.

After reading several MD bios, I looked forward to this first visit to establish care for weeks. Worst experience I have ever had in family practice. I left the office in tears after being shamed for being on anxiety medications in the past. Extremely rude and no compassion whatsoever. This is clearly a provider who is either burnt out or has her own personal issues that seem to be affecting her work. Most disappointing and hurtful visit I have encountered.
