Dr. David Young, DO

After several tests & treatments failed to provide a correct diagnosis my physician sent me to Dr. Young ("the best specialist in the area for chronic fatigue syndrome"). Within an hour Dr. Young thought I was suffering from idiopathic hypersomnia (IH), & the sleep study he ordered confirmed his diagnosis. Although IH has no cure my life has greatly improved under his care (IH patients often have difficulty finding a competent physician for this rare condition). I highly recommend Dr. Young.

Dr. Young has a great bedside manner and definitely spends time with the patient to thoroughly provide explanations and discuss next steps. Would definitely recommend Dr. Young. The only issue here is the office staff. Good luck if you have to do anything more than simply schedule an appointment. I was waiting on genetic test results and what should have taken a week took a month and many phone calls trying to get anybody to provide me with the info. Dr. probably has no idea of the issue.
