Impersonal and unprofessional service
A reception schedules months ahead a follow up appointment. Never gives a reminder call. If I forget the appointment which was scheduled 6 months ago, then, I have to reschedule and wait for a couple of months. A month after a reschedule, she calls and tells that they decided to cancel and reschedule because the scheduled date no longer works for them and tells that the new date will be a month later. Doesn't matter how long you have been his patient. You get treated like a stranger to them. Started a new job a couple of weeks and haven't received an insurance card yet. The receptionist demands the card id for this reschedule even when I explained the situation that it would take time for me to receive the card. She decides to cancel the appointment altogether. She tells me to call her after I receive the card. I would have to wait another couple of months for the appointment after I receive the card. Told her I have a cancer checkup and seeing the doctor is important. No use.

Doesn’t make any sense
You’ll feel rushed, encouraged to take castration medication if you had work on your prostate, and good luck if you have stones. You’ll be suffering for a long time thinking that an appointment will be set next week and it doesn’t happen until a month or two from the excruciating pain. I don’t know if it’s the doctor’s fault or his staff underneath his supervision but I see them all as incompetent or at the very least not giving a care.

I won't be seeing this doctor anymore. All he does is throw medications at the wall and tries to see what sticks. He's helped out in some cases but in most just tries to rush me out of the room and never takes the time to listen to my concerns, constantly interrupting. He almost gave me a dangerous antibiotic called Cipro, which causes life changing events in some instances. He's not a good doctor.

Dr. Wu was not available for a week and referred me to another member of his group without even meeting with me. Ignored other questions and communicated through secretary.
