Twice my young daughter has had to be seen by Dr. Wirtz. The first time, about 5 years ago, she was in danger of losing her life. Dr. Wirtz performed CPR and emergency practices that stabilized her for the hours needed to helicopter her to Golisano. Today, we were told to take her to the ER for further evaluation. Again, by the entire staff, we were met with the utmost patience and care.

I have been seen by Dr. Wirtz in th ER on two separate occasions. Both times, I was treated with respect, professionalism and excellent bedside manner. Dr. Wirtz listened to my concerns and did not rush me. He promptly took care of my issues and made me comfortable. Too bad he isn't a primary care physician because he would be my first choice.
