Love the people there! Dr. Waters was amazing!

I had plantar facitiis and Dr. Waters told me I had some scar issue in my foot and the pain would never go away unless I had surgery. So I chose surgery. My first visit with him, I waited over 2 hrs, they did xrays, but he didn't even look at the xrays before coming in the room. he did an ultrasound on my foot, and ordered an MRI on my foot. After several thousands of dollars later, I go in to review the MRI results. Seen him for less then 5 minutes, he said surgery was the only option to get rid of scar tissue. I was put under for surgery and didn't realize until afterwards that he not only cut the tendon in the bottom of my foot, but also cut the muscle and a tendon in my shin which i did not know he was going to do. Now I have more pain in more areas then I did before. It's been 9 weeks since surgery and I have no feeling in my leg and the swelling wont go away. I was billed twice for the same surgery. From him & from a intern who watched. I never knew she was in the room.

Dr. Waters is the best! He took time on a surgery day to come over to the clinic and see me. He was so great about answering my questions and never made me feel bad about wanting to come in for peace of mind. Very grateful we have him in our community!

Was almost 2 hours in the room for x-rays, ultrasound and to actually see the doctor. Terrible. Saw a PA. She was very nice but the Doctor for less than 5 minutes. No idea what my pain was from. Seemed routine x-rays, ultrasound, steroids and if nothing gets better an MRI. Absolutely no improvement. Did not return and received no follow up call. Billing 5 months later. Know another individual that had a terrible experience with a surgery from 7 months ago. Billing and service were both terrible.
