Horrible! My mom has dementia. Due to Covid, I couldn't accompany her to the appointment with my kids in tow. I sent my mom in with a note of the suite number and doctor's name in case she got confused. After a while, I called to make sure she made it. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE! I had no idea if she made it or not. I tried for 2 hours while I waited in the car with my kids. I finally saw an email indicating a new appointment that had just been made for a follow up. It was at the same time my kids would be getting off the school bus. There was no sense calling them when no human in the office is interested in answering a phone, so I parked the car once I had my mom and went inside to the office. The waiting room was empty, 4 women behind the counter and they told me to take a seat. I explained why I was there, just to reschedule an appointment and again I was told to take a seat. Then they said just call to change the appt. I told them NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. STILL NO HELP!!!

We love Dr Villasana, he is always very polite and encourages questions. We have seen him for years, however, since he joined WELLSTAR it is hard to get an appointment. Hopefully his office will return to normal once Covid is under control.

I have been seeing Dr. Villasana since 2012 after a stroke. I call him the "light at the end of the tunnel" and he continues to be that for me. Always accommodating, friendly and allows me to express myself.

Dr Villasana is a patient, well informed doctor who shows compassion and a true desire to understand his patients. He has been my dads Dr for numerous years and I highly recommend him. If your wait times are longer than you like, just keep in mind he will allow you the same courtesy by not rushing you out of his office.

Dr. Villisana is an exceptional knowledgeable and caring neurologist. He is an exceptional listener and collects data about your symptoms, diseseases and medications to a arrive at a treatment plan. You are not a number with him but an individual in need of a differentiated treatment plan. His performance is excellent and therefore I highly recommend him as your neurologist of choice.

Very good doctor. He took as much time as needed to answer our questions and explain the diagnosis and treatment plan. Unlike many doctors, we did not feel rushed. Glad we found Dr. Villasana and we will definitely recommend him to others.

Dr. Villasana and his staff have been very professional, peasant, accommodating, and fair to me since I became a patient in late 2013. Although the wait time was a little heavy on my last visit, I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. Dr. Villasana is such a nice guy, you can actually forget that he is a doctor! I get botox in my neck about every 3 months, and look forward to seeing Dr. Villasana. He has helped my condition tremendously, and I owe him much praise. Thank you!

Dr. Villasana has no bedside manner. Not only was he unprofessional, he was rude and insulting describing my mother, a Parkinson's patient, as a zombie. i regret not standing up to this bully during the visit. Would NOT recommend him...period. (and I am not someone who typically writes reviews).
