Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Not concerned about your issues. Can't be bothered to offer tangible advice. Wasn't rude, just unprofessional.

Won’t re-up daily prescriptions without visit, canMt ever get an appointment within an acceptable amount of time.. even when the dr tells the hospital you’re at it isn’t a problem. Communication between staff is horrible, one doesn’t know what you were told by another and you are always a pain for them. Was seeing Dr for years, but have had my fill. There are other Drs out there. Refuse to continue to patronize health clinic where everyone thinks they’re the one in charge.

We used to go here and Dr. Vanderlugt is amazing but the office acts like you are a hassle - To schedule an appointment is hard. And it is almost guaranteed they are mean when you are on the phone with them. The office staff is just not worth going here
