Have been going for years and am considering changing. Sees me 4 times a year asks same questions and dismisses all my responses and never has time to answer questions. When asked about chest pain and I give response Im told ' thats not what i mean'. All questions are treated as unimportant.

Staff friendly but Dr not so much. Didn't even address the issue I was sent there for and acted like I was stupid for asking about it.

Went to him for years! Did nothing for me! New Dr. found heart issue 1st visit. Turns out it showed up in previous test, but J was neither informed or treated! Thanks for nothing Dr. Utlak. I may just have been another patient to you, but to my family I am important and needed! Hope if you ever get sick, you get a better Dr. than you were to me!

Poor interaction skills from staff and Dr's male assistant. Rooms appear dirty with torn carpet and torn examination tables. Not real good with bed side manner. Cardiac care is a important life issue, this organization seems way to casual. Don't get a good sense of caring, or professional involvement. Staff is distant and uninvolved. Would not recommend this office or location.
