Dr. David Tack Jr, MD

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Tack. During my first appointment, I showed him some moles that had appeared and he said he would rub some cells off to take to the lab. When I arrived home, I was surprised to see that Dr. Tack performed two shave biopsies that were extremely deep. He did not inform me that would be happening and I was unable to walk for weeks as they were on the bottom of my feet. When the results came back, I was told by one of the staff members that it was melanoma. I was extremely concerned and scheduled an excision appointment, per their recommendation. When I received my pathology report, I was surprised to see that it was not melanoma- just some atypical cells. I called several times to speak with different medical assistants and staff members and was given different answers. I ended up just going to a different dermatology office and they have been extremely transparent, informative, and way more proficient at biopsies.

It was great!!! A biopsy was taken with no pain whatsoever. Dr. Tack and his nurse are wonderful to go to. I would recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Tack is an incredible physician and the staff is outstanding, as well. I can't recommend them highly enough. They thoroughly explain all procedures and options. Their knowledge makes you relax and feel 100% confident. Thanks!

I WENT INTO DR TACK'S OFFICE ON A REFERAL FOR A FOOT PROBLEM HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID I'M NOT WORRIED ABOUT YOUR FOOT YOU HAVE MILIGMENT MELINOMA ON YOUR NOSE WE HAVE TO WORK ON THAT TODAY, I HAD BEEN SEEN BY ANOTHER FEMALE DR IN GARDNERVILLE FOR 5 YEARS AND SHE SAID THE SPOT ON MY NOSE AREA WAS A SUN SPOT NOT TO WORRY. IF I HAD LET IT GO I PROBILY WOULD HAVE DIED BY NOW. DR TACK IS AWESOME DR AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE I TALK TO AND I TELL THEM TO STAY AWAY FROM HER.
