Dr. David Stern, MD

Unfortunately never saw Dr. Stern after waiting over an hour and a half in his waiting room. After I filled out paperwork as a new patient and paid my co-pay. Found out there were patients waiting for an earlier appointment when they went up to the desk to inquire about their wait.When I went up to the desk I was told by the receptionist that there were still patients ahead of me and that would mean my wait would be about two and a half hours in total just to get in. They had my cell number but not one call before I got there to advise me and nothing when I was there until I complained at the counter. This shows total disregard for anyone. They did make sure to collect their money first. This doctor should make sure that his staff advises patients as to what is happening. So, he has no regard for anyone other than himself. This is a reflection on him. There are plenty of other doctors.

First visit with Dr, David Stern after being a patient of his father's (Dr. Mark Stern, who retired). Dr. David Stern took his time, was careful, thoughtful, explained his reasoning, and seemed like a good guy in general. I would recommend him highly.
