Going to Dr Stern's office is like going to a government agency like the license bureau. Ridiculous procedures pushed by snotty front desk people being rude behind their masks and supported by Dr Stern. Will never go again.

Several family members seen there with great results over 26 years. Rude? No! Reserved, Educated, Serious and Proffesional that demands the same of his staff yes. These are medical professionals not part time students at an after school job. I assume the negative complaints came from those seeking help for physical ailments? Or were there underlying personality or other disorders needing refferal?

He was incredibly condescending and rude to me discounting what I said. He literally was learning about the condition on his laptop as he sat in front of me and then arguing with the course of treatment I already was on based on SIGNIFICANT review of pros and cons with TWO other physicians. I only switched because of insurance change. I will be finding someone else who is respectful and talks to me like I am part of my own team. I was shocked. Another family member was in the room and on their own commented on how rude he was the second he left the room.

Dr. Stern was professional, very knowledgeable, and thorough. He was savvy enough to address issues other physicians I have seen did not address. Obviously, he has a high volume of patients, which may account for the so-called "unfriendly" review. I do not have anything negative to say about Dr. Stern, nor his staff. I found all to be top-notch efficient healthcare provides.

The doctor is not friendly, but is professional and does attempt to provide quality care. However he has horrible support staff! The old joke about most malpractice suits being because of the attitude of office staff takes on new meaning here. They are awful! If you only see them on occasion it isn't so bad, but when you have a chronic illness and have appointments monthly it is not worth the aggravation and stress!

Dr Stern pointed out health issues that should be taken care of to better my health. He talks with you and listens to what you have to say and doesn't rush you in and out of gen office. Oh
