Dr. Socoloff was at first understanding. I went to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy to get a diagnosis. The procedures went fine, while waking up I was handed lab papers to go and have blood work. I was not told by any of the staff that the company doing the tests is not normally covered by insurance. ANY insurance. Because of this, I'm now responsible for a $1700 bill. Had my insurance call the office with me on the line to try and get this figured out. The office was both rude and unorganized while speaking with my insurance rep. The Dr. wants me to have blood work done by the same people again despite this. Make it make sense.

Was having hip pain wanted to make sure that the hip pain was the only thing hurting. When asked about my routines I told him - told me I needed upper GI,lower GI, blood work, etc. all I wanted was a colonoscopy. tried to over sell, I told him if it wasn't classified as wellness I wouldn't have it done due to finances. Now they have coded it other wise and I am having to pay above the costs of my insurance payment. I was lied to by the Doctor himself. he walked out of the room and checked with billing told me it would be coded that way and now it isn't. I would not recommend this group to anyone.

Dr Socoloff is the best, I have been seeing this Dr for over 5 years with multiple problems, he has helped me a lot and I wouldn't see anyone else for my issues. He is very caring and patient and always takes the time to listen. The staff is also great very friendly and cant really even complain about the wait time..
