I have no complaints about the medical care provided by the doctors at this facility; they have been professional and attentive. However, my experience with their billing department has been incredibly frustrating. Despite settling our bill through a lawyer approximately two years ago, they continue to send us invoices and have neglected to respond to our attempts at communication. This lack of responsiveness and their decision to send us to collections has left a sour taste in our mouths. It's disheartening to encounter such issues after already going through the legal process to resolve the matter. I hope they address these billing problems promptly to ensure a smoother and more satisfactory experience for their patients.

Do not go here. I now have a deviated septum caused by the rhinoplasty that Dr David Sayah performed . My nose is still bent and I have trouble breathing and scar tissue is building up around the area causing pain and discomfort. I now hate the way my nose looks, I paid decent money for this and have been told for the past 6 weeks it’s normal. And they are not cooperating with any form of refund or help .! Do your research.! FORGET THIS PLACE

A truly caring and amazingly talented surgeon. Listens to the patient and cares about specific concerns, needs, etc. I trust Dr Sayah 1000% and wouldn’t go to anyone else for any major medical procedure. It is rare to discover both a brilliant physician and a genuinely caring human being with a kind and gracious bedside manner. He is one in a million and I’m so thankful I was referred to him. He sets the bar incredibly high and more physicians should take a page from his book as to how things should be done.

I was researching plastic surgeons who specialize in male plastic surgery and luckily I found Dr. Sayah! He understood the unique goals that I, as a male patient, was looking for. I wanted to liposculpt my love handles, thighs, and butt to reduce my disproportionately bottom heavy appearance and transfer the fat to my shoulders to broaden them out. Not only was he able to accomplish all that, but he was also able to improve the appearance of my banana roll deformity! I'm so happy with my results!! The technique he uses also minimizes the appearance of the incision scars. He uses the thinnest and finest stitches to close up the cannula incisions and after taking them out my incision sites are virtually undetectable. He has the perfect combination of technical skills and people skills. His office staff is so amazing too, particularly Jesse. All my questions and concerns were answered expertly with a smile. Not only does Dr Sayah has a great reputation with outside hospitals he runs his own Surgical Arts OR in Beverly Hills. He is private and professional. His office has the ability to provide wellness guidance, private nursing, after care, follow-up and more. Safety is important and settling to know you can get it all in one private office.

Dr. Sayah and staff are amazing!! I had lips done and absolutely love the results !! I did not even need any numbing cream prior to fillers.He is a very skilled surgeon and has his own technique for fillers - the results are impressive, he makes it look so natural. The Sayah Institute has great staff who are helpful and very welcoming. Also, Dr. Sayah is very attentive and has a super calling energy. I came to Dr. Sayah for underye filler treatment with Restalyne Silk and am so grateful I went to him for the procedure. I have received all different types of filler before for cheeks, nose, lips, etc., as well as Botox, this was my first time having my under eyes done which I was nervous about as I heard swelling and bruising can be bad and have seen women look “overfilled,” but His work was PERFECT and I could not be happier with the results! Plus he was so gentle I had minimal bruising!

Hello everyone, please read this before going to this want to be dr which he does not earn that title. I started going by him about a year ago and he promised me all kinds of great things and how everything was going to be beautiful and perfect and since I've went to him to get my breasts done he finished my operations a year ago and I ended up with 1 way larger breast then my other one and nasty ungly bumps and marks and still until this day I feel so ugly. He's a big thief don't be his victim.

Dr. Sayah was recommended to me for a breast revision. After going through this procedure years before and not having the results I was hoping for, I was more anxious, reluctant, inquisitive, and adamant about what I wanted. I consulted at least half a dozen surgeons, and I chose Dr. Sayah. He and his staff really gave me a feeling that they all cared about me and my concerns. He remains concerned and willing to address questions for months after the surgery, showing his commitment to his craft.

A five star experience, from start to finish! His staff made me feel at home the moment I walked in the door. I recently had a rhinoplasty, and I felt so well taken care of throughout the experience. I had lipo done with Dr Sayah. the process from beginning to end has been extremely easy. Dr sayah is always very professional and truly takes his time to answer questions. I'm still very swollen but excited to see final results. My only complain is I wish the staff would do a better job breaking down the healing process so ones expectations can be realistic once your out of surgery.

If you are looking for a trustworthy doctor with and knack for esthetics, look no further. I've been coming to his office for more than 5 years now and I am still so grateful that I have found him! Dr.Sayah has done such a great job with fillers and Botox, that I would definitely want him to be my doctor if I ever decided to get surgery.
