Dr. David Salz, MD

I have just completed two cataract surgeries with Dr David Salz. At first , I was very anxious about the prospect of surgery on my eyes. Dr. Salz took the time to explain the procedure at length and answer all of my questions. I experienced improvement in my eyesight almost immediately, still recovering from my second procedure and have not needed my glasses since the first surgery. Dr. Salz is someone I would and have trusted with my eyes without reservation and additionally someone who treats you like a human being, with the utmost respect and professionalism.I have read some criticism about wait times which I have not experienced however , I would say that we wait for many things, a meal at a highly rated restaurant, among many. Dr. Salz is a gem and a keeper, worth the wait.

Arrived for my appointment on time 9:30. Filled out the required 3 page form. At about 9:50 a technician took me in a room, did some eye measurements, and put in the drops. At about 10:05 she had me sit in a room while the drops took affect, saying the doctor will see you soon. Waited until 11:15 (1hr 10 min.) No doctor so I left for home. Last year I had a similar experience at this doctor.

Dr. David Salz is friendly, compassionate, caring and very thorough. He explains things in detail and put you at ease immediately. I found the staff at The Eye Specialists to be very cordial and the office runs efficiently.

Dr Salz did not show up at appointment

Dr David Salz is not only an amazing young practitioner but also an intuitive caring and responsible provider. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and he and his staff were very thorough in walking me through my Issue, the possible solutions and what to expect. Dr Salz took time with me and never seemed rushed which is often common with current medical treatment. I highly recommend.
