Compassionate Physician
I took my 92 yr old mother to Dr. Sabato today.(8/18/22). He was absolutely wonderful with her. He treated her with dignity and kindness. He answered questions in ways she could easily understand without patronizing her. He explained each step of her procedure to her as he did it to increase her feelings of safety and comfort. Many physicians dismiss her because of her age; Dr. Sabato did not. He is not merely a skilled physician; he is a compassionate human being! I am grateful for him.

An overachiever in his field
I met Dr. Sabato around March of 2022 ; the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The building, waiting room and personal offices, exam rooms, testing areas are all immaculate! We arrived 15 minutes early ( as you should) but we had virtually no wait time! My husband was still filling out his paperwork as a warm smile greeted us to escort us to an exam room. His staff is absolutely top notch! After the initial intake the Dr came in immediately. He was a presence to say the very least. This is not just any typical specialist; this is a Dr that despite graduating in 1983 is still passionate about helping others. This man does not come to work for just a paycheck, he is genuinely there to better others quality of life, he along with an amazing staff never made us feel rushed or dismissed the concerns we came to discuss but rather they were on top of it! Dr. Sabato confirmed my husband’s condition after this first visit with medical testing. We had sought an answer for more than ten years

I went to Sabato for a septoplasty/rhinoplasty. It took 2 weeks to get in. He scheduled my procedure less than a week and a half later! I was excited to get it done so quickly. The surgery went extremely well and the results are phenomenal. He did such an amazing job, I only had to take my pain meds for 3 days. I would recommend him to anyone I know!

My family has waited for 4 weeks for him to provide the report on the tests for my 88 year old mother. Despite numerous phone calls, and pleas from us, nothing has happened. We have been told: he is on vacation, he is in surgery, etc. Many excuses, but no action or sense of urgency or caring. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Most people would lose their jobs if they treated customers (or patients) like this.

I went to see Dr. Sabato for chronic dizziness and ringing in my ears. He ran a bunch of tests, and basically did nothing. By nothing, I mean no diagnosis, no treatment, basically no information from his office at all. I finally got someone to call me back (a couple of weeks after my last call and a couple of MONTHS after my last office visit). I got told over the phone that I've got a disease likely to cost me my hearing. If you want to be treated like sh--, be sure to go to this doctor.

He's done 3 surgeries on me, and multiple procedures. I've been cursed since childhood with horrible sinuses, and diagnosed with chronic sinusitis for most of my adult life. He not only had a sweet demeanor and great bed side manner I always feel better after having seen him. He is very good at his job in my opinion. The only reason I am giving him 4 rather than 5 stars is bc he's always so booked it's nearly impossible to see him rather than his nurse practitioner for anything not serious.

One of the most offensive and inconsiderate experiences of our lives. We have a young daughter with profound hearing loss and we have been given no guidance from Dr. Sabato that we did not research ourselves. No answers at all. He suggested genetic testing but never referred us to a Dr. for it. After finding a Dr on our own we asked for a referral and were assured of that referral so we could get pre-certification with insurance. NOPE. SABATO IS JUST COLLECTING $ AND DOES NOT CARE FOR PATIENTS.
