Amazing Doctor
Dr. Ruckman is the BEST doctor you will find. He is caring, compassionate, patient and wonderful I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor. He genuinely cares and does all that he can to help you. He always manages to make time whether in person or calls to address your issue or concern. I cannot say enough good things about him. I am so very thankful he is my doctor.

Clinic staff is extremely rude
A practice is only as good as their support staff. Even if the doctor is great, the patient’s care experience is negatively affected by rude and lazy support staff. Dr. Ruckman, himself, is great but unfortunately, he has horrible staff. I don’t understand why practices don’t remedy this area since it affects their patient experience scoring and their business. It’s very important to have professional and polite support staff. This is what most patients will remember about their visit.

Difficult to reach and make appointments
His office is extremely difficult to reach. The phone number provided rings and then it is picked up and immediately placed on hold. There is no other way to contact his office.

I started coming to Dr. Ruckman because the doctor I had before him retired. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Ruckman. He made me feel comfortable talking to him about my health and any conditions I have had in the past. He always refers to the computer in the examining room to look at my medical records and make sure everything is current. That never fails to impress me. With his advice I am able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have every confidence in Dr. Ruckman.
