Horrible Experience
When Dr. Rondon came back to my room he thought I was a different patient. I gave the front desk my X-Ray & CT-Scan, but he had to go out of the room two different times to look at my results. He ordered me an MRI, but when my insurance wanted more information about why I needed it he would not provide the information. I ended up showing up at his office with the letter from the insurance company with the information they needed for the MRI and the woman at the front desk said we don’t do that. So I changed doctors, which led to me getting my surgery done 6 weeks after my injury from a doctor at a different practice.

I went to Dr. Rondon for a Total Knee Replacement, right knee. He was very informative about the details of the surgery and the pain that would be indured. Theurgery went well and he was in to see me and let me know what to expect at this point. I went in the hospital on Monday and went home on Friday. I was given information on Home Health therapy to begin as soon as possible. I had no surprises with this surgery or afterwards. He is a wonderful surgeon and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

I was injured at work & was sent to Dr. Rondon for evaluation & treatment. He was very knowledgeable & set the wheels in motion for my surgery & treatment. He sent me immediately to get MRI's before I knew it he had me on the road to recovery! There are no questions to large or small that he won't take time to answer in detail for his patients! I would highly recommend Dr. Rondon if you are in need of an orthopedic surgeon! In my book, "He is the Best"!!!

Unfortunately I would not recommend this physician. He performed surgery on a broken ulna and radius. It was not fixed correctly and the pins were pulled to soon causing my son to have to have a second surgery (by a different physician). It was obvious that his arm was not healed correctly upon removal of cast, but Dr Rondon still didn't give any indication that another surgery might be in our future. We also waited over 1 hour at every appointment to be seen.

He said I needed a total knee replacement my total knee Replacements was done in September of 2016 now this is 9 months after surgery and I can walk like a normal person again without any assistance or pain . Went to this doctor when my Ortho retired. Sat in the waiting room for 3+ hours, with no explanation! Finally, there was a near riot! So they took in the patient with the biggest mouth even though it wasn't her turn!! His staff was discourteous and uncaring and finally, his exam was minimal, at best! Don't waste ur time, there are plenty of good Orthos out there!!!

I had Dr. Rondon perform emergency surgery on a double broken ankle six months ago. He just st happened to be the dr. On call, but did a great job. The process has been long, but I am healing according to expectations for my injury. Final perk- my scar is barely visible!

This dr. should never have operated on a child. His office is unwelcoming and there was at least a 2 hr. wait each time. He never spoke to the child nor talked her through what he was doing IE: pulling pins out of her arm without any warning or removing a cast. His hands were shaking while holding the saw and then had to use the crowbar tool to complete the procedure. The cast was supposed to be waterproof but clearly the vegetable drawer liner wasn't. It left a horrific rash!! There's more!

Went to see Dr. Rondon because of severe shoulder pain and decreased range of motion. After examining me, Dr. Rondon suggested anti inflammatory meds and therapy. I followed his recommendations, and three years later my shoulder is in good working order.
