We took my mom to the ER. We didn’t see him for 4 hours. When he finally came in he was pompous and condescending. He wouldn’t even look at it speak to my mom and she was the patient. Mom felt worse when we left then when we got there. We will NOT take her back to Stormont Vail.

Took my wife to ER. Explained symptoms to front desk registrant. Registrant calls back and says patient coming in, "sounds like vertigo to me." After blood drawn and MRI and 4 hours Kingfisher finally comes in and says she has vertigo, here's a prescription that might help. Back in ER two days later with worse, stroke like symptoms. This time after several more tests, competent doctors, and a three day stay she was correctly diagnosed. Obviously Kingfisher isn't able to think/diagnose himself.

Horrible care. Was downright mean to me and never did talk to me about why I was in the ER (I was instructed to go by another physicians office due to my symptoms) in fact he never asked me a single question. Ordered blood work before even laying eyes on me and finding out why I was there He informed me that finding out why I was in pain was not his job, nor was taking care of the type of pain I was in. I will NEVER allow him to treat me or my family again.

Took our son in for burn treatment he treated us and told us to follow up with our primary the following Monday. We ended up at Ku med in the burn unit for 4 days. Clearly was out over his head and was too proud or not competent enough to know. I would absolutely avoid him

I experienced Dr. Kingfisher two times - on ER visits to Stormont-Vail Hospital. I was VERY displeased with his method of treatment and his gang busters way of doing things. I have talked to 5 or 6 people that when I mentioned his name, they - or family - had similar bad experiences with him. How he has stayed on staff is beyond me. I notice he's 68 years old - so hopefully he will retired in the near future.
