Over the past 10 years this has been my podiatrist at the VA Diamond Clinic in Evansville. To say the least this position has not only been rude crude and downright disrespectful especially for a VA physician there to treat the disabled who fought for our country. After requesting medical shoes throughout the years due to having diabetic foot problems this Physicians answer was to throw narcotics at the problem instead of giving me a pair of shoes. What's the war on opioids I would think the last thing our VA should be doing is passing out narcotics like candy I asked for help and instead I got thrown a pill bottle I know what these medications are capable of and I've told the VA that I would much rather have shoes prescribed to me however after inquiring and sending several surveys about this position we are at a standstill and no action has been taken beware do not use this position as a doctor provide a satisfactory care for your.
